Je suis allé regarder la Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy. La définition que j’y lis (propre bien sûr à son auteur, Tom Cristiano) est la suivante :
« method of group decision making characterized by a kind of equality among the participants at an essential stage of the collective decision making »
Elle me convient bien dans la mesure où elle accepte de ranger sous cette catégorie des régimes très variés, et n’exclut pas ceux qui se bornent à un minimum de formalisme, tout en acceptant de larges plages de délégation des décisions.
